I am a licensed clinician in the state of Florida and Massachusetts with over five years of professional experience in the mental health field. My clinical work has focused on supporting individuals navigating challenges related to substance abuse, stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, low self-esteem, motivation, confidence, and difficulties with concentration and memory. I believe in providing a therapeutic environment rooted in respect, empathy, and compassion. Every client is unique, and I am committed to tailoring our dialogue and treatment plan to align with your individual strengths, goals, and needs. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavioral interventions, and person-centered talk therapy. My goal is to help clients recognize and shift the thought patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to emotional distress or keeping them stuck. Through CBT, I support clients in identifying the connection between their thoughts and feelings.
