Hello! I’m Jessy, a student intern currently pursuing my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and humanistic, client-centered principles. I tailor each session to meet the individual needs of my clients, striving to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, accepted, and empowered to grow.
