I believe that your own creative process is the arena for greater self-awareness. I am transparent and authentic in my responses and find this to be the cornerstone of my practice. I currently provide individual therapy. My work is rooted in body centered psychotherapy, bridging support networks specifically between clients and families, building skills for greater coping and supporting individuals on their journey towards personal growth.
