Have you been experiencing significant stress with painful memories from the past? Has this stress been affecting your work, school, relationships, or your ability to just enjoy rest? Often traumatic experiences from the past can affect how we connect in our present day and it can feel incredibly lonely. Most of my clients come in with the goal to heal past traumas along with addressing intergenerational patterns or "curses" within their family that they would like to break. My hope is create a space where you can be curious towards this new journey.
