As someone diagnosed as neurodivergent later in life, I understand how overwhelming and isolating life can feel at times — and how important it is to find support that truly fits. I specialize in working with adults (18+) including college students, late-diagnosed or questioning neurodivergent individuals, and LGBTQ+ clients. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered — not judged. Together, we will explore what’s working, what’s not, and develop strategies that meet you where you are.
