As a therapist, I work to create an environment where my clients feel heard, accepted, and understood. I have a friendly demeanor and have always enjoyed helping people. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship, through empathy, compassion, and mutual trust is key to helping individuals feel safe in order to work through sensitive issues. My aim is to work together with my clients to explore areas they want to address and then together develop a plan to improve their lives.
