I have immediate daytime openings available! I am a licensed mental health counselor focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy and child and family therapy. My area of specialty include working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, self esteem, gender issues, college and life transitions. Additionally, I work closely with clients who have a history of complex trauma including self harm and suicidal ideation, supporting stressful life circumstances and creating healthy boundaries.
