I work with women who have been or are still in psychologically abusive relationships. I work with survivors to help end the cycle of abuse, gain an inner sense of self worth and truly understand the difference between being loved and being wanted. I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach, using multiple types of modalities and bi-weekly support groups.
