Hi, my name is Jessi Aikens, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is to guide you in developing the skills to manage stress and difficult emotions. My goal is to provide help, hope, and understanding in a warm and accepting environment. I have experience working with families and individuals of all ages and diverse populations. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, familial/relationship issues, life stressors, trauma-related issues, and parenting.
