My ideal client is an adolescent or adult who feels stuck in patterns of anxiety, obsessive thinking, or disordered eating and wants relief without judgment. They may struggle with food, body image, social situations, or intrusive thoughts, and often feel overwhelmed or exhausted from trying to manage them on their own. They want understanding, tools that actually help, and space to feel safe while working toward change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, ARFID), OCD, and social anxiety. My approach is both structured and exploratory, blending evidence-based practices with gentle, compassionate curiosity to support insight, symptom relief, and sustainable growth.
