My work focuses on helping adolescents and adults reduce anxiety and depression, heal from trauma, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel authentic and meaningful. My approach to therapy is collaborative, culturally responsive, and holistic. I believe healing happens within a safe, trusting relationship—one where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I specialize in trauma-informed care for individuals navigating PTSD, stress and trauma-related concerns, and attachment wounds rooted in family and childhood experiences. Together, we explore how past experiences shape present patterns, while gently creating space for insight, growth, and lasting change.
