I typically work with children, adolescents, adults, and their families experiencing mood, behavioral, stress/trauma, and neurodevelopment related issues. Clients may often see me for symptom management in mood disorders (e.g., anxiety and depression), compliance issues relating to ODD, in trauma and stress processing as in PTSD and Adjustment Disorders, as well as neurodevelopment challenges in ADHD and ASD. Goals often include increasing emotional regulation, increasing compliance and conduct, and increasing in self-awareness and insight to successfully cope and manage a multitude of symptoms, thereby nurturing growth and success.
