Taking the time to share your story in a safe space is incredibly beautiful. The healing that is able to come from this can propel you forward on your journey. As a therapist I understand the vulnerability that this requires can be overwhelming. That is why I am passionate about creating a place that feels safe and comfortable. I am also a 200 Hr RYT with Yoga Alliance. Another area of interest is providing creative ways for little ones to engage and benefit from therapy.
