I’m Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who believes therapy works best when it’s honest and down to earth. I’m not here to throw buzzwords at you. My job is to help you figure out what’s actually going on and find ways to make life work better for you. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on creating lasting change. I’ve worked in inpatient psychiatric care, provided case management for federal inmates, and delivered counseling services in community mental health agencies before transitioning to private practice. These experiences taught me how resilient people can be, even when life feels messy.
