I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Maryland working with individuals who have depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, struggles with body image and self-esteem. The use of a person centered approach helps to emphasize the importance of the therapist-client relationship, while providing the client with the safety of a judgement free zone.
