It is my goal that through the therapeutic process you gain a better understanding & love for yourself. My desire is to enhance your coping skills along with your ability to incorporate self-care & self-love. In return this will allow you to achieve a sense of balance and ability to anchor your mind, body, and soul in order to uphold all of life's experiences. I'm trained in Perinatal Mental Health and work with both pregnant and postpartum moms as they navigate through motherhood issues and in coping with postpartum anxiety or depression. I have been working in the Mental Health Field since August 2009. I obtained my LPC in January 2020 and my LPC-S in May 2023. I have assisted clients with issues including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, career, PTSD, grief/trauma, adjusting to changes, addiction, and family and relationship issues.
