I am a licensed social worker (LMSW) who is passionate about supporting families, youth, and young adults (ages 5-24) in navigating life transitions, processing and coping with difficult emotions, strengthening their relationships, and developing positive self-esteem. I am here to provide support and a compassionate ear for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, anger, trauma and behavioral issues. I create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with my clients, addressing their specific needs, goals and interests.
