Welcome! I work to ensure a comfortable and compassionate space for you to work through whatever it is bringing you to therapy. I work with individuals experiencing difficult life adjustments such as infertility, divorce, or grief, as well as persistent depression, identity exploration, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma and more. I utilize an integrated, client centered approach therapy, curated for each client's individual needs. Together we can work to understand patterns and root causes of what is causing you distress in order to create meaningful change. My approach is trauma informed, while incorporating aspects from humanistic therapy as well as acceptance and commitment therapy. I help clients understand their emotions, break unhelpful habits, and learn how to navigate painful experiences more effectively. This is done through a balance of skill building, mindfulness, exploration, and acceptance.
