With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Jessica Bauer has her doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology and is the owner of Informed Therapy Group, a group practice that specializes in transforming lives through both individual and couples therapy. We help you find solutions, heal trauma, process emotions, increase connection and work through past negative experiences. We want our clients to feel seen and heard in the therapeutic space, as we believe this is the only way to create meaningful change in the lives of our clients. Dr. Jessica Bauer is a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider and she specializes in perinatal mental health (birth trauma, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, high risk pregnancy, pregnancy after loss, and fertility struggles). In addition, she holds a certification in grief and loss, and has compassionately guided countless clients in their grief journey.
