Over the past (almost) 2 decades I have worked with people who are focused on personal growth and healing. My passion is helping you gain freedom from the past, heal trauma, improve relationships, strengthen self-worth, and create a life you are excited to wake up to. I work from a holistic perspective meaning we will talk about sleep, nutrition, relationships, healthy history, family dynamics (past and current), nervous system, and so much more. Healing is multifaceted and it's not one size fits all ;) I enjoy bringing humor into sessions, along with my experience of working with teens for over a decade and parenting expertise.
