Currently accepting new clients for in person visits on Mondays and virtual therapy Tuesdays through Fridays. I work with adults over 18 years of age. My purpose as a therapist is to help you identify appropriate goals to enrich your life and your relationships, whether at work or at home. The work is collaborative and strengths based in order to support and embrace yourself more fully. The goal for working together will be to help you resolve your struggles as well as clarify and manage your needs to navigate major transitions throughout your life.
