Whether you are a parent seeking help for your child or teen or an individual looking for therapy for yourself, I know that finding a therapist can be a scary and daunting task. My small group practice includes clinicians with a range of specialties. I personally work with clients ages ten through adulthood dealing with various issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, mood instability, and insomnia. While I work with clients of various ages, I specialize in treating adolescents, helping them navigate their growing independence successfully while maintaining healthy relationships with family members, friends, and themselves.
