Too often, individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, midlife changes, low self-esteem, or trauma feel as if the emotions they are facing are an expression of some sort of weakness or failure on their part. In using a strengths-based approach that is filled with compassion, I help my clients not only to understand the root causes of their struggles, but to find a way forward that is hopeful and allows them to feel comfortable in their own skin.
