I have a passion for working with individuals looking to escape the yo-yo dieting cycle, learn about the many negatives of diet culture, and finally find body and food acceptance. As someone who is neurodiverse, I have a deep connection to various neurodiverse communities and firmly believe in understanding neurodiversity as a natural variation rather than a “disorder”. I also draw upon principles from WPATH and stand firm in my commitment to the LGBTQIA+, HAES, and ENM/poly communities. Growing up in a rural area in the thumb of Michigan taught me about the power of community and human connection, which I always bring to sessions!
