Experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety can feel exhausting. Traumatic experiences impact all aspects of our life, career and relationships and can make every decision feel overwhelming- including the decision to find a therapist. I practice from a strengths-based approach, and I consider myself to be straight forward, empathetic, and supportive. I enjoy working with teens and adults, focusing on a variety of issues including; trauma, anxiety-related disorders, depression, life transitions, adjustment to illness, relationship issues and self-esteem. I use a multi-faceted approach to therapy, including humor!
