I provide counseling for individuals and families, specializing in attachment oriented therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR. I have worked with individuals and families that struggle with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, substance abuse, and abusive relationships. In addition, I have experience working with children that are struggling with adoption and adults reflecting on their adoption experience. By utilizing an individualized insight-oriented approach, I aim to help both children and adults process emotions and achieve positive progress.
