The truth is that life can be challenging and relationships can become difficult to manage. Often, we find that our past traumas begin to effect our present lives through unhealthy coping, poor self-esteem and pattens of negative thinking. The past informs our future but it does not need to control it. As a therapist, I offer a whole-person approach that integrates mind, body and soul.
