THERAPY: I hear so much negativity in our field about work with people. But - I am amazed by some of the people that step foot into my office. I am in awe of their ability to smile through pain. I feel blessed that I get to share in their strong, resilience and desire to grow and change. I learn so much from them. I’m also frustrated with societies message that emotions like anger, resentfulness and jealousy are abnormal for us to feel. Sometimes they interfere with other parts of our life. These people that I encounter on a day-to-day basis are amazing, beautiful people. To all of them I say- View 11 Photos THANK YOU for being brave enough to show up! In this office, I employ leading treatments for trauma that use neural networks of the brain and associated energies in the body to heal your system the way only your brain/body know how. This includes Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, aspects of Hakomi and Somatic Experiencing.
