I strive to build a collaborative relationship built on respect and trust, meeting each client exactly where they are. I work to foster a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment where we can effectively work together to resolve problems. I believe that most individuals possess the innate capacity to heal themselves, but may lack insight due to emotional or psychological distress.
