As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I am EMDR trained, IFS-informed, and have extensive experience treating complex trauma and PTSD. I understand how trauma overwhelms our nervous system, interrupting our ability to process and integrate memories in a healthy, adaptive way. My tenure as a therapist has taught me that responses to present day stressors are often correlated to adverse experiences of the past. My practice is committed to partnering with individuals as they navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives by bearing witness to their suffering and serving as a guide to facilitate healing.
