I’m the queer neurospicy therapist for you. You’ve likely lived most of your life adapting to others’ pace. In our work, we’ll slow down enough to finally hear what your body & intuition have been trying to say all along. Sometimes what we carry isn’t even ours. In our work together, we’ll gently explore the patterns & beliefs passed down through generations—not to place blame, but to understand what’s been shaping your life quietly beneath the surface. I love working with the following populations trauma/PTSD/parents that are grieving pregnancy loss/postpartum/parents and young adults w/ADHD& LGBTQ+.
