You might feel weighed down by unhelpful narratives, swept up in anxious thoughts, or disconnected from yourself and what matters most. In our work together, we’ll focus on finding steadier ground, easing what you’ve been carrying, and reconnecting with yourself with greater intention and care. I support people across the lifespan in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, and work closely with children and teens as they explore identity and life’s challenges. My approach is warm, intentional, and strengths-based, guiding clients to embrace their authentic selves and harness their unique strengths. I am passionate about supporting queer, culturally diverse, and neurodivergent individuals.
