It takes a lot of courage to take the step to seek support for yourself or a loved one. It is my goal to empower clients to seek change from within and create attainable goals to transform their lives to find peace and love. I began Honest Intentions Therapy LLC with the mission to help clients to set honest intentions to create their best life. I have 26 years of clinical social work experience and have worked with all ages-children, adolescents, and adults from young, middle, to senior aged. I also provide consulting services and supervision if you are looking for workshops or professional development for your business/agency. I have extensive experience working with school systems and the LGBTQ+ population. My passion is to help others create capacity to help themselves. I have devoted my career to improving the mental health, education, and wellness of others. I maintain a non-judgmental, open minded, compassionate, and culturally sensitive therapeutic approach.
