Hi! I’m so happy you have chosen to take the time to learn a little bit about me! I’m Jessica (Jessi) Cowan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in supporting infants, children and families. I founded my practice, Space & Grace, because simply, I care deeply about moms, families and children. I wanted to create a space where women and families can come to share joys, excitement, milestones, and successes, and find support and guidance through challenges, worries and concerns. My knowledge, empathy and compassion guide my work and I am so excited to share this experience with you.
