Hi friend! I am glad you are here. The process of deciding you want to seek out a therapist can be difficult enough on its own, let alone the actual process of sorting through all your options, trying to find the best one for you. If you have made it this far, welcome! My name is Jessica, but most people call me Jess. I believe in collaboration; in two people coming together to figure out how to live better, more holistic lives. I believe in authenticity and being your true self. I believe love is love and that everyone on this earth is here for a reason and deserves to be heard and understood. I work with individuals ages 14 and up using a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Choice Theory, and Reality Therapy to help clients work through their issues to live more congruent lives. Areas of speciality include, Anxiety and Depression, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Women’s Issues, LGBT Issues, and Behavioral Issues.
