I believe in meeting clients where they are emotionally and mentally. Whether you're starting therapy for the first time, or have tried many times in the past, I want to meet you where you are and work with you to explore the next steps. Perhaps you or your child is struggling with the demands of school, work or relationships. Perhaps you and your partner feel stuck in your relationship and crave a better way to communicate with each other. Perhaps you're ready to dive in full force, or perhaps you're just questioning whether or not you want to make changes. These are just some of the issues that can be explored in therapy. I have worked with young children, adolescents and adults. I have a background in play therapy but have also worked extensively with older clients who have struggled with complex issues such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression and ADHD. I offer individual and couples therapy and have experience with various modalities including CBT and talk therapy.
