Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re coping with anxiety or depression, healing from past trauma, navigating parenting challenges, or simply trying to keep up with daily demands. You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Jessica DaRin, a licensed clinical social worker, and I provide compassionate, inclusive therapy for teens (12+) and adults. Over the past 10 years I’ve had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds and life experiences. I believe that healing looks different for everyone, and my role is to meet you where you are, honoring your story and your strengths.
