I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have been working as a counselor for over twenty years. I enjoy working with individuals, from mid-late adolescence through adulthood, as well as couples and families. My practice includes working with people to alleviate depression, anxiety and stress, to improve self-esteem, and to help people cope with loss, relationship and parenting issues. By increasing self-awareness, enhancing healthy coping strategies and improving communication skills, I support clients in reaching their full potential.
