My training is to be highly attentive to you, to provide support as you connect with your own inner compass. I am a skilled ally offering an array of tools such as self-assessment exercises, skilled inquiry, guided imagery and inner journey work, art therapy, sub-personality work, movement and focusing (a form of somatic therapy). I work with people who want to cultivate a compassionate relationship with themselves, to align their thoughts and behaviors with their sense of purpose, and gather meaning through exploring life transitions, career choices, anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual questions, relationship challenges, etc.
