If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. Many adolescents and adults come to therapy during moments of transition or stress, when life feels uncertain or emotionally exhausting. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin moving toward change. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Somatic Therapy to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and the body.
