I provide support to those who seek to address anxiety, panic, trauma issues, relationship difficulties, assertiveness, self-esteem, cultural identity, and grief & loss. I firmly believe that our culture and our values are strengths to help us navigate the difficulties in life. I also offer EMDR, am certified in Chicanx Affirmative Therapy, and would describe myself as having an integrative approach with an emphasis in Liberation Psychology.
