I treat a multitude of disorders, but specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD/behavioral issues, mood disorders, and PTSD. Along with treating relationship issues, trauma, abuse, poor motivation, and low self-esteem. I believe that childhood trauma and childhood experiences often have a deep impact into your adulthood. Therefore; my counseling methods will get to the root cause of why you may be experiencing pain, depression, and hurt as an adult. I am a permit counselor through the state of New York. My twelve (12) years experience ranges from foster care to the legal justice system. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling (MHC).
