My journey as a therapist is deeply personal. I didn’t enter this field just to manage symptoms—I entered because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and long for more than clinical solutions. Therapy, to me, is about soul-level connection, guiding people beyond struggles toward healing, clarity, and empowerment. I’ve experienced anxiety, depression, and trauma firsthand, and I understand how isolating it can feel.
