About
My practice focuses on the intersectionality of trauma work and our lived experiences as it highlights and shapes how we process and navigate our pain. As an immigrant myself, I know firsthand what it feels like to navigate multiple identities. I became a therapist because I’ve always been deeply curious about people—their inner worlds, the ways they adapt, and the stories they carry. My approach is dialectical and trauma-informed, often incorporating concepts and techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS). In addition to working with adults, I work closely with adolescents and feel honored to be a part of their journey through life challenges and transitions. My goal with teens is be collaborative and genuine offering practical skills for emotional regulation and self-grounding in a safe space.
