Hello, I'm Jess For more than 14 years, I have helped people learn to manage the worlds they live in. As all of us, I have many roles and identities as well. I am not just a therapist, I am also a wife, mother, former military spouse, sister, Disney adult, and so much more. I love to work with others by getting to know them as a whole person, understanding the systems they live in, and how they interact with the world. Together, we can discover and explore the challenges you are experiencing and work to get you back on track. I will work with you to understand your areas of need and help identify your strengths and how to best use them in your life.
