My name is Jessica Sando, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach toward working with my clients stems from the belief that every individual possesses the ability the make changes to their lives if they choose if given a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment to do so. I focus my practice in the areas of individual and couples therapy, with a focus on depression, anxiety, and stress-related disorders.
