Utilizing a systemic approach, I treat a variety of challenges faced because of trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, and life stressors/adjustments. I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment, which helps clients heal and grow through what they have gone through. I practice a variety of intervention styles (EMDR, talk therapy, mindfulness, life coaching, anger management), It is important for me to offer a person centered approach and meet the needs of each client so that their goals are met.
