I work with individuals, couples, and families, and bring over a decade of experience in both education and healthcare to my work at Kindred Heart Therapy Group. This background has shaped my belief in treating the whole person in mind, body, and spirit. I blend a variety of approaches in my work including psychodynamic, parts work, emotionally-focused therapy. I'm recently trained in EMDR and can help process trauma from an attachment-based lens.
