I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and autism spectrum disorder across all age groups. By utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's specific needs, I collaborate with children, teens, and adults to develop practical strategies for managing anxiety, regulating emotions, improving executive function skills, overcoming life challenges, and enhancing social connections. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat and relieve PTSD, acute stress, and anxiety symptoms resulting from traumatic and other life experience My therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices and dialectical behavior therapy. I create a warm and inclusive space where individuals can feel understood and supported. As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I can also assist individuals with disabilities in reclaiming their independence.
