I am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate difficult seasons, offering a supportive and compassionate space to heal and grow. I strive to assist clients to gain awareness, understanding and control over their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Through exploration, self reflection and insight I work with clients and provide the space that is necessary to process past traumas in a safe manner and allow clients to heal in a healthy way.
